Jellyfish: Considered a good source of minerals?

Jellyfish are not generally considered to be a good source of minerals. The meat of jellyfish is largely composed of water, which does not contain any significant amounts of minerals. Additionally, the few vitamins and minerals that are found in jellyfish are usually present in very small quantities. Therefore, one should not rely on jellyfish as their primary source of essential minerals.

In some cases, however, jellyfish may provide trace amounts of certain minerals.
